Desde terres hungareses, ens arriba el primer vídeo de la llista. Un rocksteady tendre i romàntic dels The Mighty Fishers.

Vídeo molt elegant del mític Roy Ellis acopmpanyat de la banda gallega Transilvanians amb un dels millors temes editats l’any passat.

Nº 10. the Talks ft. Neville Staple – Can stand the rain
Tema corresponent al primer vídeo de la banda anglesa comptant amb la participació de Neville Staple dels the Specials.

Nº 9. the Valkyrians – Mongoloid
Amb una intro de caire èpica amb Ride of Valkyries de Wagner i efectes visuals de pel·lícula, tenim el video dels finesos the Valkarians versionant el tema Mongoloid dels Devo.

Video fosc d’aquesta banda danesa amb bon joc de llums, ombres i boira i relacionat amb la mort.

Tot i que aquest tema no és del estil que més m’agrada, considero que és un bon tema i un vídeo molt dinàmic, fresc i ben montat.

Aquí tenim el vídeo d’un dels trombonistes més coneguts d’Europa.

Nº 5. Pannonia Allstars Ska Orchestra – Elhagytam Magam
Entrant en el Top5, tenim el vídeo dels hungaresos Pannonia Allstars Ska Orchestra, els quals han tret el millor disc de l’any 2012 segons una votació popular de la pagina http://reggae-steady-ska.com.

Quan quedaven pocs dies per acabar l’any, els granadins Red Soul Community ens fan un bon regal de Nadal publicant un nou brillant vídeoclip d’un tema enganxós I never learn que estarà inclós en un nou àlbum que publicaran al 2013. No m’he pogut resistir a posar-ho a la primera posició d’aquesta llista!

Concert the Slackers (2012-05-01, Sala Apolo 2, Barcelona)

Què fer l’últim vespre després d’un llarg pont de 4 dies? Una opció era quedar-se a casa al sofà veient la merda que possen a la televisió. Però una altra opció molt més interessant era anar a veure als mítics the Slackers a la Sala Apolo 2 per 15€ (mes cervesses a 3€…). Doncs vaig estar a punt d’escollir la primera opció (molt temptadora) però per sort vaig escollir la segona. En resum, els que vem assistir al concert vem poder gaudir d’uns bons Slackers, tot i que potser haguessim volgut que tiressin més dels clàssics que de les últimes composicions i versions dels seus últims discos però molt millor que quedar-se a casa al sofà…

Fa cosa d’un mes, vem anar a Amsterdam i aprofitant que tocava els Aggrolites, els vem anar a veure i vaig tenir la possibilitat de gravar tota la actuació. Després d’editar el vídeo, aquí teniu tot el concert íntegre que van fer els Aggrolites a Amsterdam el passat 12 de novembre:
